Dr. Gill does his best to understand the condition and presentation of each individual pet. He is interested in the best health and treatments for pets where necessary. Dr. Gill is a big believer in preventative care for pet health. Whilst always presenting a gold standard plan of action, Dr. Gill will always take into consideration the owner’s resources compiling the best achievable plan of treatment for the pet.
Dr. Gill worked as the chief veterinarian in a small animal practice for 4 years where he was involved in team building and management. Dr. Gill has newly transferred to Porter Pet Hospital to be the veterinarian for your furry friends!
Annie has been working at Porter since 2011 (returning after working here 2003-2004). She is a bright and friendly team member. While Annie doesn't currently have a furry family, she is partial to cats. She has an MBA from West Coast College and is a wife and mother of two. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Technicians and Assistants
Idania started at Porter as a volunteer from Pierce College in 2012 and has continued on with the team and at Pierce in their Registered Veterinary Technician program. When she is not working or taking classes, she enjoys drawing, arts & crafts, and baking. She has a Maltese dog and 2 cats at home. Her favorite breeds include: Labs, Retrievers, Pitbulls, Calico cats, and Russian Blue cats.
While quiet, Tomás has a great attitude and is always willing to lend a hand when needed. Tomas has been a part of the Porter Pet Hospital team since 2006. He enjoys listening to music, playing soccer, camping, and participating in his church.
Grooming & Kennel
Karla is a caring and diligent hard worker. She has worked at Porter on and off since 2008. She is married and has two children at home. In her time off, Karla enjoys spending time with her children, camping, running, and going to church.
